This complimented the rest of my Zline appliances well. I wasn't too picky about the microwave selection as long as it matched. I would reccomend even if the rest of your appliances aren't Zline.
Nothing truly special about the unit itself. Gets the job done for a microwave. However, it does look steps above my old unit and feels like an experience to use.
Decided on the satin finish for my full package. Love love it! The slightly brushed finish looks a lot nicer than the old finish I had. I think it will work out well since my 4 children don't go a night with out using the microwave.

There was a glitch in my microwave and it wouldn’t work. I called customer service and the rep helped me solve the problem. It was a super easy fix but not something I would have thought of on my own (ever). After purchase support is so important and lacking in so many companies - not Zline!

The first unit was installed and did not work. Replacement unit sent but arrived damaged with broken handle and partcially crushed. A third unit was sent, again deliveredby Fedex and arrived broken and bent sides back and front. After three unit requested money back and went with another brand. The packaging and delivery from zline was a big problem.
