Order Confirmation: Customer must provide a valid e-mail address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. All approved orders will be accompanied by an e-mail confirmation from our secure payment server. All shipped orders will be followed by an e-mail confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.
Once a tracking number has been sent, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping arrangements are made with the noted carrier if necessary.

Shipping: All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, except larger items are shipped via Truck Freight, due to their size and/or weight). Full insurance is included in all shipments. Tracking number(s) will be provided by e-mail by the end of the next business day (8PM EST).

We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We will NOT honor returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range.
*Orders shipped to zip codes 100## – 119## (New York), 200## – 205## (Washington DC) & 025## – 026## (Massachusetts) are subject to an freight shipping fee of $196 due to handling fees in those zips for large packages.
