Shipping Times: Shipping times during the holidays may vary due to increased strain on shipping carriers, weather delays, as well as in the warehouses of the manufacturers we partner with. Please allow extra time for your items to arrive safely to the shipping address destination. All products ship directly from the manufacturer's we partner with. 

Order Confirmation: The customer must provide a valid e-mail address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. All approved orders will be accompanied by an e-mail confirmation from our secure payment server. All shipped orders will be followed by an e-mail confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.

Address Changes: We highly recommend double-checking and being sure of the shipping address when ordering your products. Although we will do our best to accommodate any address changes before the order has been shipped, we cannot always guarantee the address can be changed without fees. Most carriers charge up to a $250 reconsignment fee for any address changes if the order has already been picked up from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Shipping Fees: All orders are subject to a shipping fee dependent on the brand purchased. Shipping fees are non-refundable!

• Premium White Glove Delivery (ZLINE Only): 10-14 Business Days—Option available on Checkout Page. Delivered to customer’s room of choice, including 1 (one) flight of stairs, unpack, and debris removal. All the above White Glove activities are based on up to 30 minutes per stop and an additional 15 minutes per piece are allowable if more than one piece is required.

We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We will work with private parties/shipping proxies for shipments outside our normal shipping range (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc) if pre-arranged by the customer. We will NOT honor returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range.

*Orders shipped to zip codes 100## – 119## (New York), 200## – 205## (Washington DC) & 025## – 026## (Massachusetts) are subject to a freight shipping fee of $196 due to handling fees in those zips for large packages. 

Items that ship ground through FedEx will take 1-5 business days depending on your location from the shipping warehouse.
