Almost didn't care about the reversible griddle when I ordered, and now I make pancakes and smash burgers on it every weekend. It sits right over the center burners. Easily my favorite feature of the whole range.

We went with the black stainless steel and it completely changed the room, so much richer than ordinary stainless. The four brass burners really pop against the dark finish. Cooking on it has been every bit as good as it looks.

Slid right into the space under our counter like it was made for it, no gaps anywhere. That polished gold handle is the first thing everyone notices, it pops against the dark cabinets. Honestly didnt expect a wine fridge to be the star of the kitchen but here we are.

Picked this because the brushed stainless is a dead ringer for my fridge and range, no mismatched metals in the kitchen anymore. It feels like a quality build and works well so far. Looks like a high end built in.

We installed ours in the covered outdoor kitchen and its handled the summer heat without breaking a sweat, the outdoor compatible cooling really does what it says. The satin stainless door looks great out there and dont show every smudge. Couldnt ask for more.

Beautiful sleek design that fit in my small space (dropped ceiling). Powerful even at low speeds. Baffles are easy to remove and clean.

On the lower two speeds you can barely hear it running, which means I can keep it on while we eat without shouting over it. It still moves plenty of air when I crank it up for stir fry night. Very pleased with how it performs.

Had a question about the damper during install and their support answered within a few minutes and walked me through it. You do not get that kind of help everywhere. The hood itself looks fantastic and runs smooth.

Honestly didnt think I cared about hardware color until I saw the matte black autograph accents in person. They look so sharp against the stainless and dont show smudges. Cooking has been flawless too, these burners are no joke.

What surprised me most was the stainless steel interior, it feels far more premium than the plastic lined coolers I looked at and it wipes clean in a second. Cools evenly and stays quiet during dinner parties. A genuinely well built unit.

Small thing, but the oven door hinges hold it open at any angle so it doesnt swing shut on your arm while youre pulling out a heavy pan. Whoever designed that clearly cooks.

Replaced a recirculating unit that was useless outdoors with this vented one and there's simply no comparison. Proper venting makes outdoor cooking a completely different experience. The variable speed control with the auto-shutoff timer is something I didn't know I needed until I had it. If you forget to turn it off and it handles itself. Very happy.
