Ratio Thermal Coffee Carafe and Dripper

We love this carafe for our pour over coffee. Our coffee tastes delicious! I recommend this for all you coffee lovers!

I love this coffee maker. I grind my beans fresh everyday to a French press/pour over grind. I make sure to add enough water to cover the coffee grounds in my initial pour and I wait until the coffee grounds expand with the water.

I can start it, then do other things while it’s brewing - and the coffee is fantastic! I can say without a doubt that it brews the best coffee that I’ve been able to make at home. I highly recommend the Ratio Eight.

This machine has transformed what used to be a task into an experience. The crackling sound of the three-part brewing cycle, the instant aroma arising with the steam from the open shower head design, the visual treat of dark coffee trickling down the carafe.

This wasn’t a quick decision for me. I was originally interested in purchasing a French press. But ended up deciding against it when I realized it would end up becoming a costly venture. Sometimes the best ideas are the most simple, and this pour over glass coffee maker gets 5 stars from me.

This is an amazing coffee maker. Even calling it a coffee maker seems inadequate. It's a piece of art. The design and workmanship is impeccable. The weight of the machine is substantial. This is due to the top quality materials put into this graceful beast.

Highly recommend this product. It will produce the best tasting coffee you have ever had. Oh, and the filter basket is the easiest thing to clean. I use my sprayer on the sink and the grounds fall right out.

This coffee maker is both simple to use and a pleasure to admire on any kitchen countertop. The simplicity is only on the surface though. Through it's cycle, it starts with a shower that allows the coffee to bloom and then provides the appropriate amount of properly heated water to get the best possible extraction from the grounds. The resulting carafe of coffee is as much fun to watch brew as it is to pleasurable to drink.

I turn the heat on under the kettle, measure coffee into the filter, and pour when the kettle whistles. The coffee tastes better, takes almost no time if I want an extra cup, and is easier and quicker to clean. A win all around!

Brewing high-end, restaurant-level coffee at home is finally possible and the look of the Ratio 8 is very nice in our kitchen. While expensive, the Ratio 8 is worth it if you love great coffee and the great looks.
