Returns:
Premier Copper stands behind its products and in the instance you are not satisfied, returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- All products being returned must contact Premier Copper’s returns department at Returns@premiercopperproducts.com. The form provided will need to be filled out and included in the return shipment
- All returned products must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition, and original packaging. Must be returned with an additional exterior box so no return labels will be put on the original package.
- All shipments must be inspected for accuracy & damages within 72 hours of delivery. Items reported incorrect, missing, or damaged after the 72-hour inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment.
- FREIGHT SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSPECTED UPON DELIVERY. Please ensure to inspect your delivery as it arrives, in the instance there is damage, we can provide a replacement in a timely manner.
Restocking Fees:
- 15% restocking fee if the purchase order is returned within 30 days from the receipt date
- An additional 5% restocking fee will be added if the product has to be palletized/crated, e.g., kitchen sinks, bathtubs, and range hoods.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PREMIER COPPER PRODUCTS RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE ORDER
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from receipt of the purchase order
- A 5% re-stocking fee applies to any products needing to be crated/palletized.
- All exchanged products must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition, and original packaging. Must be returned with an additional exterior box so no return labels will be put on the original package.
