response to response of my review (w/out direction of how), so i will respond via a new review: due to time constraints, i purchased "just" the refrigerator via Lowes. Should i not expect the same quality from a 3rd party selling zline products?

I purchased this product in 2024 and had it professionally installed. upon initial use the water dispenser dispensed lukewarm water. I contacted customer service (to no avail). I had to troubleshoot the issue myself (by the numerous questions and documentation they required me to provide). Finally, i figured out the water filter was improperly installed by the professional installers. The issue was the filter was not flushed (to make contact w/ the water line) to dispense "cold" water. Since, I've replaced several filters w/ no issues until now (2026) w/ the same issue. Even ensuring the filter is properly installed, the dispenser is dispensing lukewarm "again". And again, they have the history, but have me troubleshooting this issue. I asked could it be a bad filter (that I order from zline) and say no. At this point, I am beyond frustration and need to determine my next steps. My entire kitchen is outfitted in zline bc i like the products, but this fridge has me questioning myself. I have rentals and partners that i intended to outfit the same, but now cannot.

Almost went with a much pricier brand based on the assumption you get what you pay for at the top end. Did more research and landed on this model. At this price point the build quality is genuinely impressive. solid door seal, quiet operation, thoughtful interior layout. Performance has been outstanding for months.

The refrigerator section is fantastic. Adjustable shelves, good lighting, solid temperature control. The French door layout is exactly what we wanted. The bottom freezer drawer took a few weeks to figure out the best organization system, but that's more user preference than a product flaw. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

fits our space perfectly, interior is spacious and well lit, compressor is very quiet. the stainless handles show fingerprints more than the rest of the exterior for some reason. small thing but we wipe them down daily. everything else about this refrigerator is exactly what we needed.

The compressor noise on this thing is barely noticeable even standing next to it in a quiet kitchen. Temperature recovery after loading groceries is fast, and it holds the set temp well overnight. The adjustable shelving let me reconfigure the interior to fit our specific needs in about ten minutes. Really happy with it.

Initial setup of the water filter was trickier than expected and the manual wasnt totally clear on the flush procedure. Had to call customer service, who were helpful. Once everything was dialed in, it's been smooth sailing.

We have a built-in cabinet surround that required a true standard depth refrigerator, not 'counter-depth lite' or anything fudged. The zline fit perfectly flush with the cabinets and the door swing clears everything cleanly. The interior is well organized with adjustable shelving and the temperature holds rock-steady. Really pleased with this purchase.

Finding a refrigerator that actually fit the opening AND looked good was a months-long search. This fridge standard depth solved it. Sits great, looks intentional, keeps everything cold evenly. The crisper drawers in particular do a great job keeping produce fresh.

The performance on this refrigerator has been excellent. My one complaint is that the middle glass shelf feels a bit flimsy compared to the others. It holds fine but wobbles slightly when loaded. Minor issue on an otherwise excellent appliance.

She thought we were overspending. Now she's the one pointing it out to every guest we have. The interior lighting alone makes it look like a restaurant fridge when you open the door. Temperature is consistent from top to bottom and the freezer drawer glides smoothly. Stainless finish is holding up perfectly with daily use.

Shopped for standard depth fridges across a dozen brands. Zline had the best combination of interior capacity, finish quality, and price I could find. The French door layout gives us great access and the bottom freezer drawer is deep enough to actually hold large items. Six months in, zero complaints. This was the right call.

I was not expecting to rave about refrigerator crisper drawers but here we are. The humidity control actually works — our produce has been lasting noticeably longer than it did in our old fridge. The rest of the unit is equally solid: consistent temps, quiet compressor, and the stainless doesnt fingerprint as badly as I feared.

We desprately needed more storage space and didn't want to be a family with a fridge in the garage. The door layout swing wide enough to block the walkway. Functional AND good looking.

i did a ton of research before buying this. this checks every box. been running for four months without a single issue. food stays fresh, ice is always ready, and it matches the rest of our appliances perfectly.

The exterior shipping packaging looked pretty rough when it showed up. Inspected the unit carefully before the delivery team left and fortunately everything was fine. no dents or scratches on the actual refrigerator. It's been performing perfectly since installation. Just do a thorough walk-around before signing off on delivery.

Our kitchen renovation went over budget and we had to find a refrigerator that looked premium without the premium price tag. From across the kitchen it looks like a high-end built-in. Up close the finish and hardware still look quality,

Was over for dinner at my neighbors and immediately asked what refrigerator that was. Ordered ours when we were ready to reno. The interior capacity surprised me., we fit everything we used to put in two fridges. Ice maker works great and the filtered water dispenser is a feature we use constantly.

The shelf configuration on this refrigerator is smart, the door bins are deep enough to hold full-size bottles upright, the deli drawer sits at the perfect height, and the freezer drawer dividers actually stay where you put them. Looks beautiful in the kitchen too. Highly recommend.

The refrigerator itself is excellent. well-organized interior, consistent temps, beautiful finish. My only gripe is that the ice maker took about 48 hours after installation before it was producing a usable amount of ice. Not unusual for ice makers, but once it was fully running, no complaints. \

This fridge just does its job without drawing attention. Food stays fresh, freezer stays cold, and nothing smells off. After a few months, I’m very comfortable recommending it.

Between work and kids, the fridge sees a lot of action. It’s handled full loads without issue. Everything stays where it should temperature wise. No weird noises or issues yet.

Nothing feels overdesigned, which I like. Shelves are sturdy and easy to adjust. Cooling is consistent across all sections. It does exactly what it should.

This fridge doesn’t make a fuss. It runs quiet and keeps the inside organized. Great if you want something that blends in but still performs.

We debated for a while and I’m glad we went with this one. Build quality feels solid and performance has matched expectations. It’s been low maintenance so far. That peace of mind is worth a lot.
