I want to love this fridge. However, it arrived with many scratches and dents on the exterior and interior. I haven’t had a chance to install it properly. I’ve been trying to get RH store to send me a replacement. It’s been over 2 weeks and they keep delaying. I’m still waiting on a response. This is so unfair and unprofessional. A $4K refrigerator and I’m experiencing such horrible customer service.

We've been using this fridge for about 6 months now and it's been wonderful. Love the champagne bronze handles on stainless, it's a very sophisticated and timeless look. The flex drawer has been really nice for drinks, we honestly haven't used the freezer mode on it because the freezer is plenty large, but it's a perfect solution for quick drink or snack access without opening the whole fridge.

I just installed two French door black stainless refrigerators yesterday. It looked perfect on the web site but you couldn't really see the inside and the features too well but since the outside looked appealing, I bought them. I turned it on and started filling it. This is when I realized THIS IS THE BEST REFRIGERATOR I EVER OWNED. The door compartments are so large and well placed to fit everything. The ice compartment even has a scoop for the ice.The extra freezer draw is so convenient. The inside draw on the refrigerator hold all the yogurt containers and pudding snack packs you would ever want. The shelves are glass and easy to clean. I am so happy with my purchase, I would recommend this highly.

Our kitchen opens into the living room and noise was a concern. This unit runs quietly and doesn’t distract during the day. Cooling performance has been solid. Storage took some rearranging but now it’s great.
Looks good without screaming for attention. Inside space is laid out thoughtfully and nothing feels cramped. Cooling has been consistent even when it’s packed. No complaints so far.
Took about a week to settle into how we organize it. Once we did, it’s been great. Cooling is even and the freezer doesn’t dry things out. Would recommend to anyone doing a remodel.
We wanted something reliable without a ton of bells and whistles. This checks that box. Food stays fresh and the freezer holds temp well. It’s been easy to live with day to day.
While we ordered the whole kitchen package of Zline we were impressed with the look when they all arrived. The refrigerator and stove have both had issues and the refrigerator has now shut down and trying to get it repaired is not going well. The icemaker has quit on the machine and now there is a issue with the internal board on the refrigerator. So all of our food is in a cooler due to the issue and as you can imagine its a pain. The products look good but functionality is not the best. I believe that you can do better and would recommend looking at other options while Zline figures out that looks arent everything in the products they are putting out.

Small details like shelf spacing and drawer movement make a difference. Everything slides smoothly and nothing feels cheap. It’s been reliable since day one. I forget to think about it, which is kind of ideal.

for a counter-depth fridge in this price range, this is honestly a good find. love the french doors and how cold everything stays. not the fanciest inside but totally worth it.
Absolutely love the design. It fits flush with my cabinets and runs super quiet. Would’ve given 5 stars but the shelves could be a bit more adjustable.
