ZLINE 30 in. 1.6 cu. ft. Built-in Convection Microwave Oven in Stainless Steel with Speed and Sensor Cooking (MWO-30)

I purchased all Zline appliances dishwasher, hod and stove Black stainless and gold autograph collection. Wall Oven and microwave black stainless and black but the MW oven is like gun metal and is the only one that doesn’t match in color. Range hood store told me to contact Zline and Their Customer Service is pretty good I had no issues with them the times I have talk to them, they offered me first a partial refund to keep it or I can return it for a full refund. I ask to see if they can exchange with the right color and they told me that the issue is with all microwaves in Black stainless and asked me to call the range hood store yesterday so I can return it for a full refund and they will have a new lot with the correct color arriving early 2023. but that means paying again to remove it and be without microwave for who knows how long. they should let us keep it until they fix the issue and replace it when they have the correct color next year. I mean they said early next year why instead of me waiting without microwave for an error on their side I have to pay the consequences.

I love the look and the top burners. Those burners are amazing!

The interior of the stove I can't get cookie sheets to fit in the long way -they hit the back and the door won't close so the have to go in sideways. Which is kind of a shame because it's pretty limiting. If I'd seen that ahead of time I' have probably gone a different way. Fortunately I don't do a lot of big cooks (big family meals etc) so it'll probably be fine for just my husband and I- but if you're looking at something like a big thanksgiving- it might not work....

There's also a really strong smell of gas for about the first five minutes of using it (which then disappears)- so don't know if it just takes a moment for it to light?

If you're looking at getting one, recommend taking the cooking trays you are planning to use to the show room and seeing if they'll fit, or comparing them against the interior measurements.

picked this up to replace a builder grade microwave that rattled like crazy. the handle looks way nicer than the old one. everything has been reheating and working properly.

The satin stainless finish on this is gorgeous and hides fingerprints far better than our old appliances. Install ran almost two hours longer than the manual suggested because our cabinet cutout needed some trimming, so budget extra time if youre doing this yourself. Once it was in, the speed cook function has worked flawlessly.

The electrical is starting to go haywire on us. We never use the oven function because it smokes. Zline said they tend to smoke like that at the beginning but it has been over a year and the smoking still happens if we attempt to use the oven. Now it smokes when we use the microwave feature and with the recent electrical and digital display spasms we are worried to use the microwave at all. The microwave is clean and there is no residue causing the smoke.

I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by a microwave, but the ZLINE microwave really exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, versatile, and has a really sleek design. I especially love the sensor cooking, which takes the guesswork out of heating leftovers. 5 stars all the way!
