We bought this fridge from the Range Hood store two months ago. They basically don't do anything. The order is routed to Zline and then from there on you're just left with Zline. They have just been completely incapable of sending us this fridge.

The fridge came and it was severely damaged. It's been sitting in our apartment for six weeks until they sent us a new fridge. That fridge was also damaged. Now we waited another three weeks for a new fridge to come and the delivery partner is now delaying.

I need to move into my new apartment and I literally cannot because Zline is literally not capable of delivering a fridge that is not damaged. It has been one of the most absurd experiences of my life.

First of all, very pretty and works fine when working. Our right fridge and freezer stopped working after less than a year. After really fighting to get it fixed, it was finally fixed. A few months later the same thing happened to our left side fridge. And the water dispenser button would get stuck and would shoot water everywhere. Their customer service is a joke. I have been without a fridge for 6 weeks and still not fixed. I am still waiting to hear from zline and warranty company. My calls and emails go nowhere. This is not $15,000 customer service. Do not get their products. They look pretty, but don’t work. Even our microwave was replaced due to sparking.
