ZLINE 24 in. 1.2 cu. ft. Built-in Microwave Drawer with a Traditional Handle in Stainless Steel (MWD-1-H)

Bought this microwave oven to replace a ge monogram I use for 22 years this Kline die after 3 years company will not replace just stay away from this brand just not lasting very bad product

We have had this microwave for about two years. Within those two years, the microwave sat in its box for 6 months until the kitchen was finished. Fast forward, we have used the microwave for 1 1/2 years and it has rust in multiple spots, the back wheels of the drawers have fell off, we have called customer service multiple times and emailed. We were told we were past our warranty. They barely respond and this is not a cheap microwave.. Awful customer service. Do not buy this microwave. It looks absolutely gorgeous but it is an absolute terrible microwave.

We LOVE the drawer and how big and smooth this drawer is. Love having it off a counter and no drop in our cabinets-really leaves all counters and cabinets to look their best! Functionality is nice but we do not love that there is only a 30 sec button and not an easy way to say punch in for 3 minutes cook...it takes more than our other microwaves. We will be used to this quickly and otherwise we have NO Complaints! Really love the durasnow.

Microwave is beautiful fit in the 30” island cabinet. No issues. I wish the trim piece came in black stainless. So we trimmed out with the hickory instead. So many compliments on all the Z-Line pieces.

I have built a new home and have furnished much of it in Zline appliances. The drawer microwave is my favorite! It is even polite. When the drawer is open the display shows “Please Close”

Love this microwave drawer. It’s hidden in our island. Works great and the black stainless is beautiful.

Still finishing new kichen but installed micro and it heats up really well, like angled panel, easier to read.
A hole light up panel would be nice!

A bit difficult to install. The door thickness plus handle is wide, and if aligned to the cabinet, it would have stuck out a bit from the countertop. Adding some cabinet trim on the inside of the cabinet frame, I was able to slide the microwave in a bit, and close out the opening.
The door is slightly lower than the bottom of the microwave, so I had to shim the microwave to get the door to close.
It works great and looks nice. Easy to use. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. If I had to do it over, I'd probably buy a drawer microwave with a trim kit.

Bought the zline black stainless microwave drawer to go in my center island. It is beautiful with white cabinets. Works great. The only negative is that it has had condensation every time I heat something, so I have to wipe the water out after every use. This may be due to ventilation in the island. The upside is my microwave always stays clean!

Broke after 1.5 years of use & Zline doesn’t have stock of many of the parts needed to replace the drawer or the wheels on the side of the drawer. Very expensive product for only 1.5 years of use.

Microwave sparks and burns the back of microwave. Do not recommend

Love the soft-close feel and the fact that it’s actually roomy inside. Popcorn, oatmeal, kids snacks—everything has been consistent so far. Install fit perfectly in our cabinetry and the finish matches the rest of our kitchen.

I didn’t think I’d care about a drawer microwave until we had one. It’s easier to load bowls and plates without lifting them up high, and the controls are simple. Reheats leftovers fast and doesn’t dry out food like our last unit.

We put this in the island and it freed up so much counter space. The open/close is smooth, and it heats evenly without turning everything into lava on the edges. It also just looks clean, guests keep asking where the microwave is.

Bought this mainly because it’s safer for the kids to use than an over-the-range unit. They can reach it, but it still feels sturdy and well built

Looks modern and works exactly how we need it to. The drawer opens smoothly every time and the interior is easy to wipe down. I also appreciate that it doesn’t beep like a robot for ten minutes.

The only thing to know is it comes with some coating on it
When we cleaned it looked scratched and we couldn’t get it off
I was sick about it being ruined
We finally tried one last time and worked hard with several things and cloths til this black good came off
It was like the plastic protector had melted into it
And on the keypad same thing we had to use goo be gone to get it to bubble up so it could be removed
This store had best price on this size and model and it was fast.
