There is a big ugly gap between the panel and the kick plate that they don’t show you in pictures. I wasn’t expecting an uncovered view of the water line and other mechanics of the dishwasher. It works fine—although the top rack doesn’t allow enough height to accommodate pint glasses and stemware easily. It’s mainly the gap that’s my problem with it. I was told by a rep when I called about it that it was “European style” and that most people cover the gap with a strip of cabinetry. I wasn’t expecting “purchase new cabinetry” to be proposed as a solution to a defective product, but I guess that’s the situation I’m in. Oh, and the “eco” wash cycle doesn’t clean anything.

The installation was a tad bit more difficult than other brand dishwashers we have installed but the performance is top notch over anything we have previously owned.

Dishwasher is great and the service was excellent! We bought the panels with our cabinets so they fit in perfectly to the rest of the kitchen. We had a little issue with our order but they helped and resolved it very quickly.

The dishwasher looks great but it is smaller and louder then our last one.
Clean better then our last one. Price is a little to high.

I didn’t expect to care this much about a dishwasher, but here we are. It’s quiet enough that I forget it’s running, and the dishes come out spotless. Only gripe is I wish the cycle options were labeled a bit clearer, but honestly it’s minor compared to the overall performance.

so far so good. it cleans better than my old unit, and i like the handle design. every once in a while a spoon doesn’t dry all the way but that’s pretty normal i guess. happy with it.

The layout inside is smart and there’s space for everything. Didn’t take long to get used to. Works great with our hard water.

Solid dishwasher.

Only had it about six weeks so I cant speak to long-term durability yet. So far the sanitize cycle works great and the racks glide smoothly. Dropping one star just because I want to give it more time before going all in. First impressions are very good.

We were loyal to another brand for 15 years. Finally switched when our old unit died and picked the Classic based on a friend's recommendation. The difference in how evenly it cleans, especially on the top rack, is really noticeable. Wish we'd made the switch sooner.

runs quiet, cleans great, and wasn’t hard to hook up. i’ve been through a few dishwashers and this one feels like it’ll last.

Our kitchen has high-end everything and I was worried a mid-range dishwasher would stick out. It doesnt. looks and sounds like an appliance that costs twice as much. The full-extension lower rack is a detail I appreciate every single load.

Gets every little thing off, even dried cheese lol. That’s enough for me to give it 5 stars.

Wasnt expecting much from the drying cycle based on reviews I read for other brands but this one actually dries well. Even plastics come out mostly dry which is usually impossible. Happy with this purchase.

We have an open floor plan, so noise matters. This thing barely hums. Cleans really well too, even on the eco setting. Only downside is it took me a minute to figure out the control panel, but once I did it’s smooth sailing.

The handle on this is more recessed so you don't bump into it as much. We've had it about six weeks and it still looks like the day it was delivered. No smudges, no water streaks on the exterior.

Had to experiment with the wash settings a bit before landing on the right one for our habits. The express cycle is quick but I'd stick to the normal cycle for anything other than lightly used dishes. Overall very happy with it.

The interior is so sleek, and it feels way more expensive than it was. Dishes come out dry, too!
