I purchased all Zline appliances dishwasher, hod and stove Black stainless and gold autograph collection. Wall Oven and microwave black stainless and black but the MW oven is like gun metal and is the only one that doesn’t match in color. Range hood store told me to contact Zline and Their Customer Service is pretty good I had no issues with them the times I have talk to them, they offered me first a partial refund to keep it or I can return it for a full refund. I ask to see if they can exchange with the right color and they told me that the issue is with all microwaves in Black stainless and asked me to call the range hood store yesterday so I can return it for a full refund and they will have a new lot with the correct color arriving early 2023. but that means paying again to remove it and be without microwave for who knows how long. they should let us keep it until they fix the issue and replace it when they have the correct color next year. I mean they said early next year why instead of me waiting without microwave for an error on their side I have to pay the consequences.
I love the look and the top burners. Those burners are amazing!
The interior of the stove I can't get cookie sheets to fit in the long way -they hit the back and the door won't close so the have to go in sideways. Which is kind of a shame because it's pretty limiting. If I'd seen that ahead of time I' have probably gone a different way. Fortunately I don't do a lot of big cooks (big family meals etc) so it'll probably be fine for just my husband and I- but if you're looking at something like a big thanksgiving- it might not work....
There's also a really strong smell of gas for about the first five minutes of using it (which then disappears)- so don't know if it just takes a moment for it to light?
If you're looking at getting one, recommend taking the cooking trays you are planning to use to the show room and seeing if they'll fit, or comparing them against the interior measurements.
picked this up to replace a builder grade microwave that rattled like crazy. the handle looks way nicer than the old one. everything has been reheating and working properly.
The satin stainless finish on this is gorgeous and hides fingerprints far better than our old appliances. Install ran almost two hours longer than the manual suggested because our cabinet cutout needed some trimming, so budget extra time if youre doing this yourself. Once it was in, the speed cook function has worked flawlessly.
New homeowners here, first big appliance purchase for the kitchen. The microwave slid right into our cutout and the buttons are simple enough that even our kid figured it out immediately. Five stars for how straightforward the whole thing was.
As a contractor, I've put in a handful of Zline microwaves this year, and this microwave oven has been the easiest one to work with. My clients loves the stainless and black stainless has become really popular as well.
We replaced our old countertop microwave with the micro oven to match our black stainless refrigerator and range, and the finish is a perfect match. Looking forward to testing out the sensori cooking. So far so so so solid
good little workhorse, heats fast and the controls are straightforward. The finish looks nicer in person than online pics. Only had it a few weeks but so far it’s been reliable.
Great microwave for daily use, no weird hot spots so far. Buttons are responsive and the presets are actually useful. It matches our other zline pieces and makes the kitchen feel more put together.
Honestly impressed with how evenly it warms food. Coffee doesn’t get that burnt edge taste, and leftovers come out consistent. Setup was easy and the display is bright without being harsh.
I wanted something that looks high end but still does the basics well. This one heats fast, defrosts evenly, and doesn’t rattle. The door feels solid (not flimsy), which was a big deal for me.
Simple to use and the power feels strong for the size. I like the quick start options and the interior light is bright. We’ve been using it multiple times a day with no issues.
The electrical is starting to go haywire on us. We never use the oven function because it smokes. Zline said they tend to smoke like that at the beginning but it has been over a year and the smoking still happens if we attempt to use the oven. Now it smokes when we use the microwave feature and with the recent electrical and digital display spasms we are worried to use the microwave at all. The microwave is clean and there is no residue causing the smoke.

I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by a microwave, but the ZLINE microwave really exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, versatile, and has a really sleek design. I especially love the sensor cooking, which takes the guesswork out of heating leftovers. 5 stars all the way!
My husband and I are so pleased with our ZLINE microwave. It’s spacious, powerful, and has so many great features. The design is also a perfect match for our modern kitchen. We’ve used it for everything from reheating leftovers to cooking entire meals, and it’s been fantastic every time.
This microwave works well and has a lot of great features. It heats food quickly and evenly, which is what matters most to me. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the clock display is a little dim, making it hard to read in low light. Other than that, I’m happy with it.
The ZLINE microwave has been working well for me so far. It’s powerful and gets the job done, but the noise level is a bit higher than I expected. Other than that, it’s been a solid addition to my kitchen, and I’m mostly happy with my purchase.
We recently upgraded our kitchen and decided to go with ZLINE for our appliances, including this microwave. It’s been awesome! The features are very user-friendly, and it’s incredibly efficient. It also looks amazing with our other appliances. Definitely worth the investment!
This ZLINE microwave is exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to operate, and it does the job perfectly every time. Whether I’m defrosting, reheating, or cooking, it delivers consistent results. Plus, it looks great on my countertop. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
This microwave has been a game-changer in our kitchen. It heats food really well and the different power levels are great for defrosting or just warming things up. I gave it 4 stars because the door feels a bit heavy, but otherwise, it’s been amazing!
I’ve had this ZLINE microwave for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! It looks fantastic in my kitchen and works like a dream. The defrost function is amazing, and I really appreciate the different power levels. It’s a top-notch appliance that I would highly recommend to anyone.
I’ve never had a microwave that was both powerful and stylish until now. The ZLINE microwave is a beast when it comes to cooking and reheating food. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it took me a bit to get used to the controls. Otherwise, it’s been a great investment.
The ZLINE microwave oven is the epitome of perfection. From its sleek and modern design to its exceptional cooking performance, it has exceeded my expectations. The large capacity allows me to cook and reheat various dishes effortlessly. The intuitive controls and precision cooking options make it a joy to use. This microwave oven has truly elevated my culinary experience.

Okay, so I have to share this hilarious microwave moment. I accidentally left a slice of pizza in the ZLINE microwave for way longer than intended. I expected a sad, dry slice, but to my surprise, it came out surprisingly crispy and delicious! This microwave has some magical pizza-reviving powers. Besides the pizza miracle, it's a fantastic microwave overall. Thumbs up!
