Shipping-Return Policy|||

Shipping Lead Times: 7 to 10 business days

Return Policy: Returns for Hauslane products are accepted up to 30 days after the date of delivery provided that the products have NOT been installed and are unused. Please take a minimum of 3 photos showing the product has not been installed and is unused and email them to contact@therangehoodstore.com. We will then provide you with instructions to ship the product back to Hauslane.

You are responsible for providing your own return label/shipping costs back to Hauslane. Once the product arrives back to Hauslane, you will be refunded in full. 

Damage/Defect Policy: In the rare event your product arrives damaged, or defective, please email contact@therangehoodstore.com right away and we will get a replacement order shipped out for you. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report shipping damages/or defects.
