Shipping Lead Times: 5 to 7 business days

Return Policy: Hauslane offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive your range hood and you would like to submit a return, please read below...

  • The product cannot be used or installed. Items must have their original packaging.
  • Please take at least 4 photos showing each angle of the box and send them to contact@therangehoodstore.com along with your name and order number.
  • Hauslane will approve the return if it is within the return policy and we will provide you with the address to send the range hood back to. You are responsible for shipping it back to Hauslane along with the cost to ship it back.
  • Once Hauslane receives the range hood, we will refund you in full. 

Shipping Damage:

  • If you receive your product damaged, please take at least 4 photos of the damage and send the photos to contact@therangehoodstore.com along with your name and order number. We will then promptly ship you out a replacement unit. 
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report shipping damage. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after the 30-day mark!
