Is it odd to apply the word, "elegance" to the experience of using a cooktop? Perhaps. But that's always the word that comes to mind when cooking on my new Forte. I like the flush burner surface, stainless steal knobs and easy clean-up surface. This cooktop is seamless!
Very high quality commercial grade. We are a family of 6 so this cooktop gets used heavily and has performed incredibly.
This is my first experience with a 6 burner cooktop. It does take time to get used to the burner locations and knobs but once the learning curve is over, it becomes second nature. The various burner sizes give you options from very small to large so you can cook a number of things at one time. It's great for entertaining. One thing I am adjusting too is the flame choices.

We did a lot a research and went to look at multiple cooktops, and while this one may be a bit more pricey than some brands, it is worth every penny. Quality of stainless, eyes, grates and mobs is above the competition. This unit not only looks great, it cooks like a commercial cooktop. Great control of heat, and max heat is awesome.
Wife loves it, cooks evenly because of cast iron grates. So far this is a superior replacement for our old cooktop, and I would recommend to others replacing an inferior unit.
I replaced an electric stove top with this new gas stove top. The automatic ignition works perfectly, no more waiting to ignite the burners. The stove top is easy to clean and the pots fit nicely on all grates. I am very happy with this purchase.
This is a huge upgrade from our prior cooking range. Very nice, easy to clean. Great effective cooking spaces.
In terms of heat, it's a great stove. It cooks the food evenly, although the knobs are closer to the pot or pan and the knob can get very hot. The clean up is easy, however, it scratches easily too.
This Forte stovetop looks amazing. Burners are excellent. They heat very fast. Easy to clean.
