The Forno Capriasca 48-inch 6.58 cu. ft. Professional Dual Fuel Freestanding Range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304-grade stainless steel design.

The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. The 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners are perfect for boiling or searing and can also handle tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easy sliding of pots or pans off the heat when desired.

The two ovens have a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. and boast a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. The blue enamel interiors make cleaning a breeze, while the 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view.

The right-side oven features a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, reversible grill/griddle, complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, concave wok ring, an LP conversion kit, and a NEMA 14-50P power cord. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.

Shipping: Forno provides white glove delivery on all Forno products. This is the only shipping option for Forno products. Please note that white glove delivery is not available to some rural communities and if this is deemed the case, your order will be promptly canceled and fully refunded. Shipping time is anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. There may be a $65 shipping fee charged on orders less than $1,500.

Returns: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Damage must be reported upon taking delivery and delivery should be refused if your order is damaged! Delivery was terrible, it took a month to get but they sent the wrong range and then it took another month to get the right one. No I’m sorry and no compensation for failed delivery.

Looks great!

But I'm afraid, what I've read about the oven is true. It can be difficult to light, then seems to have only one temperature: hot! About 400-500 degrees. I'm not sure I could bake a cake. But casseroles brown beautifully. Nevertheless, it does not seem to be fully functional. -- Retired chef.

Forno Galiano 48 in range

The range performs very well. So far we like it's performance in stove top and oven cooking. It's a simple design as there aren't a lot of electronics like my previous Jenn Aire which also worked well but had electrical issues often. The Forno Galiano is very practical and looks elegant in our kitchen. Also wanted to mention the delivery went very well when purchasing from The Range Hood Store.
