The Forno 30 Inch Capriasca Dual Fuel Range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304-grade stainless-steel design. The cooking surface has 5 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 100,000 BTU. 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing, and is able to perform simmering, like melting chocolate or sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off the heat when desired. This 4.32 cu.ft. true convection fan oven has an impressive blue enamel interior, allowing for easy cleaning. The 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. This oven also boasts a total output of 6,300 Watts, providing plenty of power for baking, roasting, and broiling. Included are 3 fully telescopic easy access stainless steel oven racks, concave Wok Ring, and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.

But I'm afraid, what I've read about the oven is true. It can be difficult to light, then seems to have only one temperature: hot! About 400-500 degrees. I'm not sure I could bake a cake. But casseroles brown beautifully. Nevertheless, it does not seem to be fully functional. -- Retired chef.

Forno Galiano 48 in range

The range performs very well. So far we like it's performance in stove top and oven cooking. It's a simple design as there aren't a lot of electronics like my previous Jenn Aire which also worked well but had electrical issues often. The Forno Galiano is very practical and looks elegant in our kitchen. Also wanted to mention the delivery went very well when purchasing from The Range Hood Store.

Delivery was terrible, it took a month to get but they sent the wrong range and then it took another month to get the right one. No I’m sorry and no compensation for failed delivery.

Shipping: Forno provides white glove delivery on all Forno products. This is the only shipping option for Forno products. Please note that white glove delivery is not available to some rural communities and if this is deemed the case, your order will be promptly canceled and fully refunded. Shipping time is anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. There may be a $65 shipping fee charged on orders less than $1,500.

Returns: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Damage must be reported upon taking delivery and delivery should be refused if your order is damaged!
