TRHS Survey Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Range Hood Store Customer Survey is open to legal residents of the United States. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Entrants must be 18 years old as of their date of entry in the promotion to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The Range Hood Store’s employees, its subsidiaries, as well as members of an employee’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household of employees are ineligible to participate in The Range Hood Store Customer Survey Giveaway.
All entrants must have purchased at least one ZLINE range to qualify for rewards.
2. Sponsorship
The sponsor is The Range Hood Store (“Sponsor”), located at 1674 North Virginia Street PO Box 8007, Reno, Nevada, 89507.
The sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these official rules.
3. Agreement
By entering this giveaway, the entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the ZLINE Customer Survey Giveaway. We may process the personal information You submit in the giveaway to use for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time. Only one prize per person will be awarded.
4. Giveaway Entry Period
The Range Hood Store Customer Survey Giveaway begins on June 12th, 2024, and will end once enough data has been collected.
Ten winners will be chosen randomly and announced once Sponsor has deemed enough data has been collected. Winners will be contacted via email. Winners must claim the prize by responding to the email within 24 hours or the Sponsor will withdraw the offer.
Once the winner claims the prize, a representative from The Range Hood Store will be in contact with the winner to assist them in claiming their prize.
