Compatible with ZLINE low-grate ranges only! While the grate is lying flat, your ZLINE range may have low grates if the height measurement from the base is less than 1 inch. If you are unsure which grates you have on your ZLINE range, please contact us at 866-528-0571, as these are non-returnable items.

ZLINE Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (GR1) perfectly fits all ZLINE Ranges and Rangetops with low grates. Easily replace any two burners with the griddle at your convenience. Use the raised-rib side to perfectly sear meat and vegetables, and the smooth, flat side for morning pancakes!

High-quality cast iron distributes heat evenly, while a slight slope allows for grease to move easily to the grease catch on the rib side. The griddle comes pre-seasoned and ready to use, though it is recommended to always cook with a light layer of oil to prevent sticking. Clean with a stiff brush and hot water, towel dry, and repeat!

Returns are not accepted on ZLINE accessories such as griddles, chimney extensions, crown moldings, and trim kits.

Premium White Glove Delivery (ZLINE Only): Option available on Checkout Page. Delivered to customer’s room of choice, including 1 (one) flight of stairs, unpack, and debris removal. All the above White Glove activities are based on up to 30 minutes per stop and an additional 15 minutes per piece are allowable if more than one piece is required.

ZLINE cannot HOLD open orders in their warehouses at this time.

Good Stock Returns: ZLINE requires at least 3 photographs clearly showing multiple angles of the product within its original shipping container. Additional photographs and/or videos showing products may be required to process a replacement.

Shipping Damage: ZLINE requires at least 3 photographs from multiple angles clearly showing the damaged product. Additional photographs and/or videos showing products may be required to process a replacement.

ZLINE requires notification of concealed damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. All damage to the outside packaging must be noted to the carrier at the time of delivery, please sign for the delivery with the word damaged if you see outside packaging damage.Reporting of shipping damage must include at least 3 photographs clearly showing the damaged product and shipping container, along with the tracking number for the order.

The box must be opened, and clear evidence of product damage needs to be apparent. Additional photographs and/or videos showing defective products may be required to process a replacement.

Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days from the delivery date. Please note, all returns are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. These costs will be deducted from the customer’s total refund amount.

All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:
  • Shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
    • Parcel orders up to $300: $50 return shipping fee
    • Parcel orders over $300: $100 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments up to 299 pounds: $200 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments of 300-399 pounds: $300 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments of 400-499 pounds: $400 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments over 500 pounds: $500 return shipping fee
  • Returns for refunds requested before 30 days from the delivery date are subject to the shipping charges outlined above. Returns after 30 days face an additional 20% restocking fee based off the original purchase price.
  • Returns will only be accepted for a maximum of 60 days from the delivery date. Customers must inspect their ZLINE product upon arrival for damage in order to process a return or replacement within this timeframe.
  • If products arrive damaged or defective, ZLINE will exchange them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement. Please note, photographs and/or videos clearly showing damaged or defective products are required to process a replacement. Box damage does not count. The box must be opened and clear evidence of product damage needs to be apparent.
  • Products should be opened and inspected upon delivery and any damage should be reported immediately. Damage claims reported after 5 days are subject to denial.
  • Under no circumstances may products be replaced or returned after installation.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Accessories such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, etc., are not eligible for returns.

Does not work properly Grill/Griddle

Bought the Gas/Gas 48" range, love it. In regards to the griddle, it is not reversible. When turned over to use the flat grill, it extinguishes the flame as it is too low to sustain the flame.

Amazing for my RT36

I debated buying this for months and finally decided to give it a go. I should've purchased it when I purchased my range top. It's perfect for cooking breakfast, shaved steak, toasting buns for burgers. My only complaint would be the ridge side is difficult to clean and it's easier to use a grill. However the flat side is worth it by itself

Zline reversible griddle

I only use the griddle side. I stripped the pre-seasoning on this and seasoned myself, as it was sticking. Very happy with this since doing that. This is a great replacement for the removable, not reversible, grill that came with our stove. The feet on this reversible grill/griddle allow for proper spacing between griddle and burner. This is what should have been provided with the stove to begin with.

The RAS-SN-48 will come with a griddle already, but if you do want a reversible one that comes with a pancake side, the link below will lead you to the correct griddle that will work with that range. Does it work with the RTZ-36-G model?

Hello, the GR1 will work with the RTZ-36-G range top. This griddle will sit over the burners in place of the cooking grates. The other option that we recommend is to use an HG-GRZ-NS high-grate reversible griddle that sits on top of the cooking grates.
