Forno Lecce 30 in. 4 Burner Induction Cooktop in Black Glass (FCTIN0545-30)

This stovetop is "the bomb." It cooks super-fast. You can individually time each burner down to the minute. Coming from a nice gas stove, we bought this because we could time the burners, saving us from burning the house down! Too many times we left our gas stove on, walked out of the room, and burned the pans. We cook in oil, too, so a recipe for a disaster. This stove has so far exceeded our expectations, 3-4 times faster than gas stove, cleaner, shuts itself off, and easily programmable, so I can walk away in confidence, knowing the stove will turn itself off.

I really like my new cooktop, but there are a few things it's important to consider.

Water heats up as fast as a microwave. Be careful with heating sauces as they can stick right away if not stirring. The loud buzzer from the timer is bothersome.

This is not a super-fancy cooktop, but the arrangement of burners, is really convenient when cooking more than one item.

Works well compared to our previous conventional stove top. We had to get some inductive pans to replace some non inductive ones, it's worth it. Now to see how long it will last...

I bought this for our kitchen in the basement and so far so good. Compared to other stoves, it's so easy to clean the surface. When we start cooking, it heats up right away. Timer control is also very helpful and easy to operate.

It works well, but it's louder than I thought it would be. Other than the noise issue, I'm happy with the purchase.

The knob free control panel is very easy to use and keep clean. The overall design is very sleek!

The reaction is immediate when switching from high to low for great precision during cooking. It feels just as responsive as gas.

I made the switch over to an induction cooktop and glad I did. It's much easier to clean since I never have burned food to scrub off. It's safer, since the heat is going directly to the pots, although there is a little bit of heat after using a burner for few minutes. It would be difficult/nearly impossible to burn yourself.

The main reason we purchased this one is for faster cooking and it does not disappoint.

Great cooktop, but the surface can scratch easily. Also needed to buy induction-friendly pots and pans.

So far, I am in love with my new induction cooktop.

I love using parchment paper between the cooktop and the pots and pans. It makes clean up so much easier since any splatters or spills land on the parchment paper. My cookware will last longer and stay cleaner by using the parchment paper. I am still getting use to the no having dials

I really love this induction cooktop. The heat is direct, so my kitchen doesn't get as hot, especially since only the part of the burner covered by the pan heats.

I like the nice glass finish on the surface. This makes it extremely easy to clean. The only con is that there's a slight delay in the control panel buttons reaction time. Other than that, it works great!

We love this cooktop. We are very glad we got this even though there is a learning curve to using induction because the timing of cooking is somewhat different.

So glad we made the transition to convection cooking. We don't have to worry about something catching on fire and feel much more confident that we won't burn ourselves by accidentally touching the burner surface.

The cooktop dropped into our counter perfectly so it fit exactly as the measurements were listed. Very pleased with this product.

We especially like the precision you get with the temperature settings and the fact that the change in temperature is immediately. The ease in cleaning is fabulous.

It is a beautiful asset to our kitchen and we can use it with ease. We are pleased with its ease of use, ease of cleaning and it looks wonderful.

Heats fast, power easily controlled, and no scorching overflows onto cooktop. I have not had to scrape anything off the cooktop since we purchased it. Wet paper towel has kept it clean!

Great quality craftsmanship. The installation instructions are usable but not especially DIY friendly.

First ever ownership of an induction cooktop, along with induction comparable cookware, does take a bit of getting use to, but the numerical value heat section is very precise and repeatable.

We are very pleased with this unit.
