Return Policy: Victory Range Hood products can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date. Items must not be used or installed! If a product has been used or installed, your return may be denied! All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted past 30 days!

Shipping Damage: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please promptly email contact@therangehoodstore.com with photos of the damage/defect so we can process an exchange with Victory Range Hoods. Damage must be reported within 10 days of delivery!!
