We are so happy with this range hood. I searched for a rustic wood hood on Etsy, at big box stores, even custom made ones. All were too expensive and would’ve taken many weeks to arrive. I was so happy to find this one on line. Customer service was very helpful, the hood arrived in no more than 5 business days, and we got a great sale price compared to all the other places. It looks nice in our almost-finished kitchen in our 200 year old house. Thank you!

Be warned, this is VERY loud! I have it mounted on an exterior wall and on 4 my house shakes. Took a professional about 4-5 hours to install. Also be sure you thoroughly check it once it arrives. You have a very short amount of time to look it over and confirm if there is any damage. I got mine about a month ahead and briefly looked at for obvious damage. Once we took it out the wood on the chimney piece was cracked in two spots. I have 8 ft ceilings for reference.
Hello! Thank you for leaving a review on our website. Please reach out to our customer service team (contact@therangehoodstore.com) to report the damage to the chimney. If the range hood is ducted out the back wall without at least 12' of ducting between the motor and the exit point, it may cause some air resistance and shaking as you reported!
Please reach out to our sales or customer service team if you have any additional questions or concerns about the KPCC range hood!
Have a great day,
Beautiful, high-quality hood. Takes my new kitchen to another level

This hood looks so beautiful in my new kitchen. It works well, provides enough light over the stove. We had to cut it down a bit because we only have 8' ceilings. I live in a condo which only allows ductless vents for the hood so I had to purchase two extra parts to convert it to ductless which work well (a vented crown and charcoal filters) which were not expensive. The man who helped with the order was very helpful because it wasn't in stock yet (an different crown molding and . The only issue I had is that I never received a receipt for what I paid for each part. I have lots of confirmaiton that the order was received, ordered, processed and shipped but never a payment receipt so I have not idea what I paid for the extra parts to make it ductless.

I do like the hood but it needed to be painted to match the true white cabinets. It definitely comes in more of a creamy white. I have 8ft ceilings so my contractor had to cut down the chimney to fit. The

I’ve had this gorgeous wood hood range for almost 2 years and it’s very efficient!!! I love the lights over the stove for cooking as well as a night light. I receive so many compliments on this unique hood range. Love it!!!
Love, love, love my hood! hands down my favorite feature in my kitchen!!! The included vent and lighting is quiet and the light has brightness options! It really is a focal point and I get a lot of compliments from friends and family.
Great range hood with really nice features, lights and exhaust fan. Highly recommend this store.
Beautiful and works wonderfully. Down lighting is perfect to cook under. Loads of power.
Love my hood! It really elevates the look of my kitchen!
I did alot of research on the range hood for our new house. Our house is a craftsman style with cotrage beach. I fiund this range via pinterest and got it for my house. It was a perfect choice!!! I am so happy to found this range and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a uniquely beautiful and elegant looking hood.
Simple and beautiful. Easy to Install. Powerful fan and bright lights
Best purchase yet! It's absolutely quite and the draw is fantastic!
I love the range hood. I got it in white and had my painter paint it to match my cabinets. It was much more reasonable than some of the fancy custom hoods and looks just as nice.
My wife is finally happy, she has wanted a custom range hood for years. Worth the wait and cost half the cost of a local shop. The color was off white but I expected to have to paint to match our new cabinets
