Great customer service
There was a glitch in my microwave and it wouldn’t work. I called customer service and the rep helped me solve the problem. It was a super easy fix but not something I would have thought of on my own (ever). After purchase support is so important and lacking in so many companies - not Zline!

Quality wood, but NOT true white
I do like the hood but it needed to be painted to match the true white cabinets. It definitely comes in more of a creamy white. I have 8ft ceilings so my contractor had to cut down the chimney to fit. The

So glad we found The Range Hood Store. This range hood was exactly what we needed and looks so sharp in our new kitchen - coujldn't find anything as nice anywhere else. Great quality hood - our contractor was very impressed. It was packed really well for shipping and arrived quickly and without any issues.

But I'm afraid, what I've read about the oven is true. It can be difficult to light, then seems to have only one temperature: hot! About 400-500 degrees. I'm not sure I could bake a cake. But casseroles brown beautifully. Nevertheless, it does not seem to be fully functional. -- Retired chef.

Excellent and smart product, looks beautiful in my kitchen. Excellent Customer service and hope it will be there anytime I have any questions or issues about the hood.

Extension pipe
Bought the extension to our zline hood because we have 10 feet ceilings and it comes with 8 feet ceiling outer cover for the pipe. When installed contractor was cleaning off his finger prints but the stainless steel does not clean up or shine like the original piece. It’s duller and looks smeared. Very disappointed.

A piece of junk!
The fan noise is super super loud which drives me crazy. We contacted the customer service and they asked us to provide a video. They checked the video and claimed everything is *normal*. I wrote another email requesting someone to take a look but the customer service just said there are cooling fans which are supposed to run entire time while in use so the noise is *normal*. I don't understand the logic. If there is a fan, there must be loud fan noise.
Very Quiet and Nice Appliance
Very pleased with the purchase. The dishwasher is very quiet and works great.
