The fan noise is super super loud which drives me crazy. We contacted the customer service and they asked us to provide a video. They checked the video and claimed everything is *normal*. I wrote another email requesting someone to take a look but the customer service just said there are cooling fans which are supposed to run entire time while in use so the noise is *normal*. I don't understand the logic. If there is a fan, there must be loud fan noise.

So nice we bought it twice! This range really enhanced the look of our project the stainless black and white really lend to the modern style well. I bought a package 4 months ago and finally have everything installed and we’ve been using it for a 3 weeks now. There is a learning curve to this appliance. Small one but there is one. Overall this stove is awesome! I would definitely recommend the investment.
Bought this about 2 yrs ago .I bought it online so I never saw on person . I love the oven I can't say anything bad about it. There was a recall and other than taking forever to get it fixed never been happier.
Inourchased this range a few months ago during the time they issued a recall. Zline handles it quickly and the range has been working perfectly without any issues. The range oven is build with high durability and looks very industrial. I love the powerful burners and the craftsmanship of this product overall an would purchase additional products in the future
There was a recall on the range and we have not been able to use our oven since we installed it. The recall is dangerous & causes carbon dioxide so it is not usable at all. We received the parts and no one has called us to set up to install it. There is no number to call to get information on setting up an appointment and no response when emailing. Very disappointing!
We've had a lot of issues with this range. It makes banging noises when the oven is on. It doesn't keep temperature well. We just got a recall notice for potential carbon monoxide issues and have been told not to use the oven until it can be fixed (which they can't schedule for at least a month). I was really excited about this range initially, but I wish I had stuck with the more well known brands.
I've been a fan of Zline since we bought this range. My wife and I were very impressed that we bookmarket this and every time we need new items for our kitchen, we just visit here again. My kitchen is slowly turning into a Zline showroom, and I'm not even kidding. The quality of their products is impressive.
This has been on top of my list since last year but I only recently bought it. I liked it because it looks straightforward and easy to operate. The oven is quite big and the burners are solid. I don't think I've ever seen a stovetop that sturdy and compact. You can cook for hours never see the thing budge. It's a beast.
