Please ensure this appliance is installed by a licensed professional. Failure to be installed by a professional can cause damage to the product and serious injury.

Disclaimer:
RBIV-60 Installation requirements: This appliance is two separate 30-inch units with an included trim kit to be installed as a 60-inch built-in refrigerator.

This unit does require particular installation requirements, including but not limited to:

2 independent 15amp outlets
- Optional: Both appliances may share a single 15amp outlet but the circuit must be separate from any other appliance on the circuit. NEMA 5-20, 20amp circuit is recommended if sharing a single outlet.
Both units are required to be connected to water lines but can share a single water line with a splitter.

Built-In Refrigeration Shipping Lead Times: Please allow 24-48 hours to allocate the product and 10-14 business days for delivery.

Built-in Refrigeration: All RBIV models have multiple delivery options. If you would like to upgrade your delivery service from our standard free delivery, please reach out to our customer service team prior to placing your order at 1 (866) 771-3798

Standard Delivery Service:
Included with purchase of a product. Standard delivery service includes delivery to the main entrance (threshold only). The customer will be contacted in advance, to schedule a delivery appointment. A 4-hour delivery window will be provided, and the product will be delivered within the allotted 4 hours.
A signature is required with Standard Delivery Service.
Add Haul-Away (removal of an old appliance) to Standard Delivery: Additional $200 Delivery Charge.

Room of Choice: Additional $600 Delivery Charge.
Room of Choice Service includes delivery of a product inside the room of choice. The customer will be contacted in advance, to schedule a delivery appointment. A 4-hour delivery window will be provided, and the product will be delivered within the allotted 4 hours.
A signature is required with Room of Choice Delivery Service.
Add Haul-Away (removal of an old appliance) to Room of Choice Delivery: Additional $200 Delivery Charge with $600 Delivery Charge. ($800 total) Please ensure your product is unhooked from any power and water lines, and ready to be hauled away.

Deluxe Delivery Service: Additional $700 Delivery Charge.
Deluxe Delivery Service includes delivery of a product to the room of choice to the receiving address, along with unpacking and debris removal. The customer will be contacted in advance, to schedule a delivery appointment. A 4-hour delivery window will be provided, and the product will be delivered within the allotted 4 hours.
A signature is required with Deluxe Delivery Service.

Premier Delivery Service includes delivery of a product to the room of choice to the receiving address, along with unpacking and debris removal. Premier service will utilize two people for delivery and 15 minutes of inspection, prep, setup, and/or minor assembly/dissaseembly included. The customer will be contacted in advance, to schedule a delivery appointment. A 4-hour delivery window will be provided, and the product will be delivered within the allotted 4 hours.
A signature is required with Deluxe Delivery Service.
Add Haul-Away (removal of an old appliance) to Premier Delivery: Additional $200 Delivery Charge with $800 Delivery Charge. ($1000 total) Please ensure your product is unhooked from any power and water lines, and ready to be hauled away.

Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned within 60 days from date of delivery. All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

Returns for refunds requested after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If items come damaged or defective, we are happy to replace them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement - please contact our customer service team.
All returns for refund are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
Items under $75: Free shipping on returns
Parcel or shipped by ground hoods: $50
Freight shipments: $150
Accessories not eligible for returns
All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for full refund.
