The Panasonic FlashXpress toaster oven features double infrared (near and far) heating which means instant heat, no preheating necessary. Far infrared heating is used to cook the outside of the food efficiently, whereas the near-infrared heating is able to penetrate the food and efficiently cook the inside. The result is more evenly cooked food in a fraction of the time! The digital timer and temperature settings let you control the cooking start time so fresh and frozen foods are ready when you are or with just the press of a button, choose from one of the 6 illustrated preset buttons which automatically calculates the cooking time. Preset cooking modes include toast, waffle, roll/bread reheat, pizza, quick reheat, and hash brown. The square-shaped inner tray is perfect for pizza up to 9 inches in diameter or four slices of toast. The interior light allows you to view your food while it’s cooking plus a flexible hinged door allows pivoting of the door for a quick peek or turning.

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee

• To avoid delays in replacements, when the product is delivered and you see obvious signs of damage on the package, the delivery should be refused at the time of delivery and our customer service should be contacted as soon as possible. • Must be reported within (48) hours of receipt
• Damage must not be caused by installation or user error
• The following photographs must be sent as well:
• A picture of the damage
• A picture of the serial number on the unit
• A picture of the serial number on the box
• A picture of each side of the box showing no signs of obvious carton damage
