Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

• Returns for refunds requested after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If items come damaged or defective, we are happy to replace them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement - please contact our customer service team.
• All returns for refund are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
  • Items under $100: $25 return shipping fee
  • Parcel orders over $100-$300: $50 return shipping fee
  • Parcel orders over $300: $100 return shipping fee
  • Freight orders: $200 return shipping fee
  • Accessories not eligible for returns
• All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. 
• Products cannot be returned after installation
